Stylatek Ltd was founded in Lagos in September 2025 out of a simple observation: businesses were managing their IT through a patchwork of disconnected vendors — one for networking, another for CCTV, a freelancer for email, nobody accountable when something broke between them.

Before starting Stylatek, our founder spent over a decade inside enterprise IT, including roles at Halogen Group, Fidelity Pension Managers and Pensions Alliance Limited seeing firsthand how much time and money businesses lose to fragmented systems and unclear ownership. Stylatek exists to be the single accountable team instead: one relationship covering cloud hosting, networking, cybersecurity, physical security, and the infrastructure that ties it all together.

That same instinct — build the thing properly instead of patching around it — is what led to Stylatek Fashion ERP. While setting up infrastructure for a fashion business, it became clear that off-the-shelf ERP software wasn't built for how couture and bespoke houses actually operate. So we built one that is, using real production data from a working fashion house as the starting point.

That's the direction Stylatek is growing in: not just an IT vendor, but a technology solutions company — infrastructure work that keeps businesses running today, and software products, starting with Fashion ERP, that give them something to grow on.
